Adjutant of Duncan Sandys A A Brigade expected to appear at resumed military inquiry. Captain H T Hogan, adjutant of the 51st (London) Anti Aircraft brigade, in which Mr Duncan Sandys is a second lieutenant is expected to be present at the resumed military Court of Inquiry, which will meet again after the Select Committee of members of parliament has reported. Captain Hogan was present at the Court of Inquiry which was adjourned less than half an hour later after it met at the Horse Guards to inquire into the alleged leakage of anti aircraft defence secrets. Mr Duncan Sandys, MP for Norwood, had been summoned to appear, as a Territorial officer, before the Court, but the Speaker announced this was a breach of Parliamentary privilage. the matter was referred to the Committee of Privileges. The Select Committee of MP's is meeting to inquire into Mr Sandys allegations that he did not reveal the source of secret information.
