South Africa's new heavyweight 'Hope'arrives to fight in London. Robey Leibbrandt. The new South African heavyweight champion and Olympic boxer, arrived at Southampton on the 'Athlone Castle'. Syd Hulls, the London promoter, thinks the South African, a champion, within six months of turning professional, the finest heavyweight prospect for years. Leibbrandt was radio'd a years contract by Hull's and you will figure on Harringay's first bill early in November. Leibbrandt is 24 years of age, is 5'10" tall and weighs 13 stone. He was formerly in the South African police force.
