French airliner shot down by rebel planes near Bilbao. This is the first picture to be released of the wreckage of the French airliner belonging to the Air Pyrenees company, which was shot down by Spanish rebel German Heinkel fighter aircraft while passing over Sopelana on his daily flight between Bayonne and Bilbao.
