Queen Mary leaves after peers joint golden wedding party. Queen Mary attended the party given by the Duke of Portland at his Mayfair home to celebrate the golden wedding of three of England's most famous peers, the Marquis of Salisbury, the Earl of Kenmare and Lord Desborough, all of whom were his childhood friends.
