Prince and Princess Chichibu welcomed by Ambassador and record-breaking airmen at Southampton . Prince and Princess Chichibu , brother and sister-in-law of the Emperor of Japan and his representatives at the Coronation , were greeted by the Japanese Ambassador Mr Sigeru Yoshida and other members of the Embassy staff when they arrived at Southampton aboard the line ' Queen Mary ' , the Prince receive the record-breaking Japanese flyers , Masaaki Linuma and Kenji Tsukakoshi , and heartily congratulated them upon their achievement . The two airmen had previously flying the ' Divine Wind ' to Plymouth , where the ' RMS Queen Mary ' called .
