Chartered by the King for his holiday cruise in the Mediterranean , in place of his proposed Riviera visit cancelled owing to the situation in Spain , the 瞿 300 , 000 luxury yacht Nuhlin ( 1 , 391 tons) owned by Lord Yule , the ' richest woman in Britain ' , is being fitted out and painted at Southampton in readiness for the Royal holiday. The yacht , known as a ' vest pocket luxury liner' , was built by John Brown at Clydesbank and launched in 1930 . She is 300 feet overall . Lady Yule , millionairess widow of the India merchant , was herself responsible for the decoration of the yacht , which has a super gymnasium , a dozen bathrooms and magnificent staterooms .
