Lorde Decies , who is 70 years of age , was married in Paris to Mr H S , Lehr , widow of Mr Henry Symes Lehr , an American whose eccentricities were known throughout Europe . Mrs Lehr is well known in New York , London and Paris Society . The civil wedding took place at the Mairie of the Seventh arrondissement and the religious ceremony was held , by special dispensation at the home of the bride . Lord Decies , known as an authority on income tax affairs , was married in 1911 to Miss Helen Vivien Could , daughter of the late Mr George Jay Could of New York .
