The Duke of York , deputises for the Duchess , who is in indisposed , opened the new Margate MacMillian House , the first open air holiday house to be built for children of nursery school age , at Wrotham , Kent . The house , which is the outcome of the work of two sisters , Rachel and Margaret McMillan , for children born in the alums is built on modern nursery school lines with open air dormitories and play rooms . Forty children from the Rachel McMillan Nursery School . at Deptford are now at the centre .
