New colours presented to Victorian mounted rifles . On the sun baked parade ground of the Seymour Camp , near Melbourne , Australia , the new colours for the 20th Light Horse the Victorian Mounted rifles were consecrated and presented to the regiment . After the consecrtaion the colours were paraded past the mounted troops . Photo shows , Miss Eileen Marson raising the Civil Aviation flag to open the display .
