Two men arrested in Paris , believed to be members of International gang of theives . Two men alleged to be members of an international gang of thieves using Europe as a central receiving station for securities stolen in the United States have been arrested in Paris and are being held pending the arrival of detectives Henry Oswald from Nw York . The two men are Schwarz and Klein . They are supposed to be connected with the theft of a million and a half dollars which disappeared in january , 1935 .
