Jack and Norman Parker , the England and Harringway speedway riders , were defeated by Cordy Milne , the American champion now riding for Hackney track , by 14 points to 11 . Mrs Mosaman and Mrs Ray Grant members of Putt Mosaman ' s motor cycle acrobat team now touring this country , presented the trophies to the winners .
