Aspirants for Huey Long ' s , crown comes to blows . Two leading sapirants for power in the late Senator Huey Long ' s Louisiana Empire came to blows in the city of Monroe 200 miles from Baton Houge , the capital of Louisiana , Lieut Governor James Noe was involved in a quarrel with his political opponent , Mr Al Kilpatrick , and finally knocked him down .
