These pictures, some of the most unusual ever made, were taken beneath the sea at Silver Springs, Florida, where, among the very coloured darting fish and waving fronds of underwater plants, the world's strangest school was established on the sands of the seabed. School desks , a master's table and even dunces high stool were taken beneath the surface for the school , the idea of a producer who wanted a new angle for a fil that pupils, all expert swimmers, even run a gymnasium for recreation beneath the waves .
