Flying Officer Llewellyn arrives back at Croydon after making first flight to South Africa in midget plane . Flying Officer David Llewellyn who has just made the first flight from England to Johannesburg in a midget aeroplane , 35 hp AeroncoJap arrived back at Croydon Aerodrome by air liner . The tiny plane in which he flew to Johannesburg in 20 days has been delivered to its owner there . It is one of a fleet of 25 to be sent to South Africa .
