Pipers lead disbanded Irish regiments , St Patrick ' s day march to cenotaph . Members of the Old Comrades Associations of the five disbanded Irish Regiments , the 18 Royal Irish , the Connaught Rangers , the Leinster Regiment , Royal Munster Fusiliers and the Royal Dublin Fusiliers led by pipers of the London Irish Rifles , marched from Horse Guards to the Cenotaph , where wreaths were placed during their annual St Patrick ' s Day parade .
