Lady Elizabeth Townshend , 18 year old daughter of the Marchioness Townshend , who received concussion and a chipped spine when she fell against an iron railing while skiing at Kitzbuhel in the Austrian Tyrel , arrived at Victoria Station on her way home for treatment . Lady Townshend was assisted from the train , but managed to walk to her car with the help of the chauffeur and a nurse .
