M Hymans , the Belgian Foreign Minister , who is in London on what is described as a ' private ' visit , paid an early morning visit to No 10 Downing Street to see the Prime Minister before he left for his holiday at Lossiemouth . After his visit to No 10 , where he was accompanied by the Belgian Ambassador , he mingled with the crowd and watched the Trooping of the Colour rehearsal on the Horse Guards Parade .
