Jewels worth ?,000 stolen in West End raid , three men in a car . Three men in a motorcar drove up to the premises of Messrs . J R Ogdens , Court Jewellers , Duke Street . One of the men got out and smashed the plate glass with an iron instrument . He grabbed jewellery to the value of ?, 000 , returned to the car and drove off . The alarm was given by Reginald Knife a messenger boy , but the raiders disappeared .
