London girl gains highest possible honour in Cambridge English tripos . Miss M C Heinemann , of Newnham , who lives at Hampstead , was one of the three women who shared with three men the highest possible honours in the first part of the English Tripos at Cambridge . Miss Heinemann , who was at Roedean School , Brighton , was the only one of the successful candidates of either sex to gain a special mark of distinction .
