Dr Wasserbaeck , the Press Attache to the Austrian Legation in Berlin who was expelled by the German Government as a reprisal for the arrest of Hitler ' s representatives in Vienna , arrived in London to become Counsellor to the Austrian Legation in Britain . He was appointed to his new post by Chancellor Dollfus immediately after the Berlin incident .
