Kaye Don Dares death in first speed trials of Miss England III on Loch Lomond . Mr Kaye Don and his young engineer assistant Mr Dick Garner , took their lives in their hands when Miss England III made he first trial run on Loch , Scotland , before her new attempt to break the existing world speed record held by America . The boat behaved like a bucking broncho , leaping out of the water at a speed of eighty miles an hour . Alterations are being carried out before new trials are made .
