Ulger or Ulgerius; Bishop of Angers; died 1149. He wears vestments; dalmatic; cassock; hat and veil richly decorated with gold and gemstones. He holds a crosier in his left hand and gives a blessing with his right hand. After an enamel plaque on his tomb in the church of Saint-Maurice.
