Rott-am-Inn; Germany; skull of St. Clemens. The large Baroque church of Sts. Peter and Paul holds a pair of relics of presumed martyrs from the Roman Catacombs. Both arrived during the 18th century; and sit in shrine in predellas of side altars on opposite sides of the nave; Clemens on the right and Constantius on the left. There is little surviving documentation on their history; but both were thought to have performed miracles locally. Photo; 2012.
