In memory of the great Russian writer F M Dostoyevsky. (On the 75th anniversary of his death) 75th nursery of the death of the great Russian writer F M Dostoyevsky was commemorated on 9th February 1956 in the Hall of Columns of the House of Trade Unions (Moscow) . Gathered here were representatives of public organisations of the capital, people prominent in Soviet culture and students. The evening was also attended by foreign men of letters , Stetoslav Minkov (Bulgaria), Gyorgy Beleni (Hungary), Tsao Tsing hua (Chinese People's Republic), Chrishan Chander (India), Igor Neverli (Poland), Einar Tomassen (Denmark).
