Les Halles at night. A watercress basket right on the outer perimeter of Les Halles. Deliveries of fresh watercress in large wicker baskets were made at night in this area of the carreau forain in Rue Rambuteau, opposite the famous cafe Au Pied de Cochon and in front of Pavillon 3, the meat pavilion.
