The Shwedagon pagoda, Yangon (Rangoon), Myanmar (Burma). The Shwedagon Pagoda is a 98-metre gilded stupa located in Yangon, Myanmar. The pagoda lies to the west of the Royal Lake on Singuttara Hill thus dominating the skyline of the city.
