Snacks, cigarettes and drinks will be available at any time during a train journey when the G W R brings into service their automat Buffet Cars, believed to be the first of their kind in the world. Photo shows, an artist impression of the hundreds of copmpartments from which sixpence or a shilling in the slot will purchase food and drinks on the train.
