Wittenstein; J黵gen (also called George Wittenstein).US cardiac surgeon of German heritage; resistance fighter and member of the anti-Nazi group "White Rose"(Weisse Rose) and the FAB Freiheitsaktion Bayern (English: Bavarian freedom initiative). He later emigrated to the USA; born 26.4.1919 in T黚ingen. During World War II he served as a medic in the 252nd Infantry Division of the Wehrmacht.
