Hydroelectric power turbine. This turbine is part of the 'Linthal 2015' hydroelectric power project. This will be an underground pumped-storage power station. Water will be pumped from Lake Limmern up to Lake Mutt to be used to generate electricity. This is part of the Linth-Limmern complex of power stations, south of Linthal in the canton of Glarus, Switzerland. Photographed in January 2012.
