Satellite image of the surface of Mars, showing the floor of the Golden Crater with what appear to be inverted channels, rounded lobe-like landforms, and light-toned layered deposits along the southern portion of the crater wall, that may be due to past fluvial (river) activity. Imaged by the High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment (HiRISE) camera on NASA's Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO) satellite.
