White Sands Missile Range Museum. Collection of missiles on display in the missile park of the White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) Museum, Las Cruces, New Mexico, USA. WSMR is a US army rocket range covering around 8,300 square kilometres. It is the largest military installation in the US and includes the site of the first atomic bomb test, Trinity, which took place on 16th July 1945, as part of the Manhattan Project.
