Wyoming Frontier Prison. Cell block in the Wyoming Frontier Prison, the former Wyoming State Penitentiary in Rawlins, Wyoming, USA. This prison opened in 1901 and closed in 1981 after housing 13,500 inmates in its 80 years of operation. Photographed in 2015.
