Bust of Bruno Brehm by William Frass (1886-1968) Austrian sculptor. After the "Anschluss " of Austria to the German Reich, Frass was from 1938 to 1945 head of the high school class of art and fashion school in the city of Vienna. He received orders for monuments and busts of Hitler and the Nazi regime. Tallinn the capital of Estonia. The city was known as Reval during the Nazi invasion of Estonia from 1941 to 1944. Published in 'Die Kunst im deutschen Reich' (Art in the German Reich) was first published in January 1937 by Gauleiter Adolf Wagnerand later issued under the direction Adolf Hitler himself.
