Spider gossamer silk tent. This silk tent was spun by a spider after the waters began to recede from a river plain that had flooded overnight. A mist or dew has condensed on the silk threads. Spiders observed included web spiders (Araneus diadematus) and money spiders (Linyphiidae). Photographed on the plain of the River Taw, Devon, UK.
