Indian food preparation. Historical artwork of a dish called 'wada' being prepared for Ghiyath al-Din, the Sultan of Mandu in what is now India. The Sultan, seated on a stool at upper left, is being offered the food which has been prepared by the cook at lower left. This opaque watercolour is in the Sultanate style.
