Anne Carla Ferguson-Smith, US-UK geneticist. Awarded her doctorate in 1989 from Yale University, USA, Ferguson-Smith became Professor of Developmental Genetics in the Department of Physiology, Development and Neuroscience at the University of Cambridge, UK. Her research group studies genomic imprinting and the epigenetic control of genome function. She is also a member of the Centre for Trophoblast Research.
