Pegasus constellation. Optical image of the constellation Pegasus, the winged horse. North is at top. The bright object at lower right is the planet Saturn. At upper right is the square of Pegasus. Clockwise from the orange star at upper right (Scheat, Beta Pegasi), the stars are Markab (Alpha Pegasi), Algenib (Gamma Pegasi) and Alpheratz (Alpha Andromedae) in the neighbouring constellation Andromeda. The Andromeda Galaxy (M31) is the fuzzy blob at top centre. The faint zodiacal constellation Pisces, the fish, stretches from upper left to lower right. Its most recognisable group is the ring of stars just above and right of Saturn.
