Puerta de Europa (Gateway to Europe), Madrid, Spain. One of twin towers built in 1996 by Kuwait Investments Office (KIO) and designed by American architects Philip Johnson and John Burgee. Each building is 115 metres tall with an inclination of 15 degrees. The towers mark the beginning of Madrid's business district. Photographed in December 2004.
