International Space Station (ISS) above the Earth. The ISS orbits at an altitude of around 360 kilometres. It is powered by its large solar panels. This photographed was taken on 17th April 2002 as the Space Shuttle Atlantis undocked from the ISS at the end of mission STS-110. This mission added the S0 (S-zero) Truss, seen at the rear of the ISS here.
