The ISS modules (continuing to upper right) are Zvezda, Zarya (both white) and Unity (silver). Unity's airlock (Quest) is attached to its lower right. The Destiny module is not seen. The ISS is a joint effort between NASA, ESA, the Russian space agency, Canada, Japan and Brazil. It orbits at an altitude of 350 kilometres and will be over 100 metres in length.
