By this time the foetus appears completely human, with fully developed lips, eyelids, eyebrows, external ears, fingers and toes. Fine head hair has developed, and the head, still disproportionately large, grows more slowly than the body. Foetal movements can now usually be felt by the mother. This foetus weighs roughly 650 g and has a crown-rump length of about 21 cm.
