The cerebrum is the largest region of the human brain, where higher thought processes occur with the coordination of voluntary body activity. The cerebellum is visible at lower centre, between the cleft of the cerebral hemis- pheres. The cerebellum is a convoluted structure of the hindbrain, which coordinates muscle move- ment. Blood vessels supplying the brain are seen in clefts (sulci) of the cerebrum. An average adult human brain weighs about 1400 grams, around 2% of the total body weight.
