Common club moss. Bowl of dried common club moss (Lycopodium clavatum). The spores of this plant are used medicinally and are believed to be an effective remedy for a variety of skin disorders, including eczema. The spores are also used pharmaceutically as a dusting powder which prevents pills from sticking together and masks unpleasant drug flavours.
