Heart surgery. Artery occluder (transparent tube) being inserted into one of the coronary arteries of the heart during coronary artery bypass surgery. A section of vein grafted from the leg will be attached to this artery, bypassing its narrowed or blocked section. The coronary arteries normally supply the heart muscle with oxygen.
