Members of the team that discovered the omega minus particle in February 1964 at the Brookhaven National Laboratory, Long Island, New York. The omega-minus particle had been predicted in 1962 by Murray Gell-Mann, & its discovery confirmed the scheme developed by him & independently by Yuval Ne'eman to classify the subatomic particles.
