Baobab tree (Adansonia grandidieri). Boabab trees can reach a height of 30 feet and the fibrous bark can be fifteen centimetres thick. The large trinks store water which allow the trees to thrive in arid conditions. Photographed at the Spiny Forest near Ifaty in Madagascar.
