Orchid flower (Encyclia prismatocarpa, also known as Panarica prismatocarpa) with a white, pointed lip surrounded by green and black-spotted sepals and green petals. The lip is a specialised petal that attracts pollinators to the flower and provides them with somewhere to land. This orchid is found in tropical Central America in montane cloud forests.
