Refraction. Two beams of white light, each passed through an equilateral triangular prism. The light is split into its component wavelengths, producing a spectrum. Each spectrum has then been reflected by a mirror (out of frame at bottom corners). Note the additive colour effects in the crossover points of the two spectra.
