With Proposition B, in Los Angleles, the city's Department of Water and Power (DWP) will place solar photovoltaic systems throughout the city and connect them to the city's existing electrical grid. A roof mounted, grid tied Solar Voltaic solar panel array (10Kw) on top of the Santa Monica Library. The Library was built in 2005 by the architecture firm Moore Ruble Yudell (MRY) and is a LEEDS Certified building.
