Great crested grebe (Podiceps cristatus) feeding on a signal crayfish (Pacifastacus leniusculus). This bird is found on waters throughout most of Europe and Asia. It feeds on fish and crustaceans in lakes and rivers, diving from the water's surface to catch its prey. Photographed in Surrey, UK.
